Comments for the following agencies, as applicable, are attached: Albemarle County Department of Community Development — Current Planning Albemarle County Department of Community Development - Engineer Albemarle County Service Authority Albemarle County Water Resources Manager Department of Fire and Rescue E911 Review Albemarle County Department of Community Development — Rural Areas Planner Albemarle County Department of Community Development — Building Official Virginia Department of Transportation comments have not yet been received, but will be forwarded to the contact and engineer when they are received. Comments reflect information available at the time the development proposal was reviewed, and should not be considered final. However, the Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues which could affect approval of the proposed project. Please make the revisions that have been identified as necessary for approval by the Site Review Committee. If you choose not to make the requested revisions, please submit in writing justification for not incorporating such revisions. Submit seven full size copies and one 11" x 17" copy to the Department of Planning and Community Development. Responses to the attached comments of the Site Review Committee must be submitted by March 20, 2006. Failure to submit this information by this date will result in suspension of the review schedule.
