Project Name: Solomon Road Condominiums — Drainage Easements
(SUB 06 -027, SUB 06 -028, and SUB 06 -029)
Date Submitted: 4/12/06 and 4/21/06
Dear Mr. Tucker:
The Community Development Department has received application to develop Tax Map 60A1,
Parcel 34. This project requires off -site public drainage easements, which must be recorded prior
to final County approval of the site plan. The applicant has provided the appropriate deeds of
easement and plats, which are attached. The documents have been reviewed and found
acceptable by relevant staff.
Based on the resolution taken by the Board of Supervisors on May 3, 2006, it is my
understanding that public drainage easements may now be signed by the County Executive.
Please review the attached plats and easements for signature at your earliest convenience.
