Subject: SUB202000152 — Wintergreen Greenway Easement Plat — dated 09-09-20
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
easement plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed:

Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
New comment: It appears TMP 76-03-OS-1III is not labeled on Sheet 2. Please
label this parcel.
-ublic easements. This plat and associated deeds were
transmitted to the Parks and Recreation Department for their review. Parks and
Recreation has no objection and provided the following comment: ACPR has no
objection to SUB202000152 and recommends approval. The route is consistent
[14-302(A)(5)] Public easements. This plat and associated deeds have been
transmitted to the County Attorneys Office for their review. Any comments or
recommendation for approval will be forwarded. The County Executive will need
to sign the deeds as well.
a. REV 1: The County Attorneys Office provided an edited version of the
deed, which Planning emailed to the applicant on 09-03-20. Please
ensure this is the version of the deed which is signed by the applicant and
delivered to the County for County Executive signature.

proposed trail easement is "dedicated to public use".

[14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include that TMP's 76SO-02-OS-lN and 7650-02-OS-1D
are located within the Airport Impact Area Overlay District.

6. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Include the required stream buffer note on the
plat: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with
the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance"

[14-303(D)] Acreage of lots. Include the acreage of TMP's 7650-03-OS-1G,
76SO-02-OS-1 N. and 76SO-02-OS-1 D.
a. REV 1: Not addressed. Include with site data.
8. [14-303(E)] Easement dimensions. Provide curvilinear data for curves C1
through C9.
a. REV 1: Addressed.
9. [14-303(0)] Signature panels. Please include all signature panels on Sheet 1.

10. [Chapter 17/WPO] Since the trails are located in the stream buffer, Planning has
transmitted the plat to Engineering for their review. Any Engineering comments
received will be forwarded.
