VSMP Plan (WPO201900043) must be approved before final site plan can be approved. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. Rev. 2: Comment not addressed. It was resubmitted 2/5/2020 and should be reviewed by 3/5/2020. Rev. 3: Comment addressed. 2. [18-32.6.2] Erosion & sediment control as well as SWM should not be included with the site plan. It is part of the WPO Plan. See 18-32.6.2 for contents of a final site plan and 17-412/403 for WPO plan contents. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 3. Stormwater easement should be labeled, SWM facility easement. Clarify the extent of this easement. It is not clear on the plans. Rev. 1: Comment not addressed. It should be labeled, SWM facility easement, not stormwater maintenance easement. Rev. 2: Comment addressed. 4. Clarify the extent of the drainage access easement. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 5.
