Dear Mr. Hughes:
The Site Review Committee has reviewed the development proposal referenced above. Preliminary
Comments for the following agencies, as applicable, are attached:
Albemarle County Department of Community Development — Current Development Planning
Albemarle County Department of Community Development — Current Development Engineer
Albemarle County Department of Community Development — Rural Areas Planning
Albemarle County Department of Community Development — Inspections
Albemarle County Water Resources Manager
Albemarle County Geographic Data Services — E -911
Albemarle County Department of Fire and Rescue
Virginia Department of Transportation comments have not yet been received, but will be forwarded to
the contact and applicant when they are received.
Comments reflect information available at the time the development proposal was reviewed, and should not
be considered final. However, the Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues which could
affect approval of the proposed project.
Please make the revisions that have been identified as necessary for preliminary approval by the Site Review
Committee. If you choose not to make the requested revisions, please submit in writing justification for not
incorporating such revisions. Submit seven full size copies and one 11" x 17" copy to the Department of
Planning and Community Development. Responses to the attached comments of the Site Review Committee
must be submitted by May 30, 2006. Failure to submit this information by this date will result in suspension
of the review schedule.
