Dear Ms. Nedostup,
In response to the discussion from the Board of Supervisors meetings, the
development plan has been updated with the following:
• The maximum number of dwelling units has been reduced from 16o to 13o.
(Sheet i)
• The roadway alignment has been changed for Road B and Road F in order to
encourage the movement of traffic to the main entrance at Route 25o and to
discourage traffic onto Running Deer. (Sheets 3 and 4)
• Block 5 adjacent to Running Deer has been restricted to a max of 1 du/ac net
density in order to provide a better transition from the Rural Area to the
Development Area. (Sheets 3 and 4)
The proffers have been updated to include a reduced maximum density in
proffer i.i., to include the density limit in Block 5 referenced above in proffer
i.j., and to provide for a conservation easement on Block 6 in proffer i.k.
