This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance. References to Chapter 14 (Subdivision Ordinance) and/or Chapter 18 (Zoning Ordinance) of the County Code precede each comment, as may be applicable. [Chapter 14, Section 14-302(A)-101: Please revise Note 7 on Sheet One to include reference to the Zoning Administrator's determination contained in "LOD-2019-00032 (dated 12/12/2019)." Rev. Include the Deed Book and Page number references and owner information for each such existing easement.
