Watkins (owners /appellants) Tax Map 102, Parcel 27131 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Watkins: At their meeting on April 11, 2006, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 4 -1 to deny your request to defer your appeal. The Board voted 3 -2 to affirm the Deputy Zoning Administrator's determination that the use of the property by Watkins & Co. Landscape Contracting constitutes a contractor's storage yard which is not a permitted use in the Rural Area District. If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have the right to appeal it within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision, in accordance with Section 15.2 -2314 of the Code of Virginia. If you do not file a timely appeal, this decision shall be final and unappealable. An appeal shall be taken only by filing a petition specifying the grounds on which aggrieved with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County within the prescribed thirty (30) days.
