Subject: SUB202000149 — TMP 66-10J7 — Two Lot Subdivision
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(B)(1)] Date of revision. Include revision dates with resubmittals.
2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include that TMP 66-10J7 is in the Entrance Corridor Overlay
District.
3. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Remove reference to 'preserved/managed slopes' or change
reference to the parcel not having 'critical slopes'. There are only critical slopes within
the Rural Area.
4. [14-316] Entrance onto public streets. VDOT has reviewed this plat and has no
objection. See attached letter dated 09-17-20.
5. [14-309] and [14-310] and [14-416] Health Director Approval. Health Department review
and approval of this subdivision plat is required. The soils work and plat have been
transmitted to the Health Department and their review is pending.
