This is your Written Warning in accordance with § 17-900 of the Water Protection Ordinance of
Albemarle County and Section 62.1-44.15:37 of the Virginia Stormwater Management Act.
This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies:
Deficiency: Rework rill erosion on both sides of outfall; basin slopes have not been stabilized
Corrective Action: Must stabilize all denuded areas dormant longer than 14 days - including slopes on
basin and areas adjacent to outfall
Deficiency: Basin has not been completed; amendment for sediment basin has been approved
Corrective Action: Must complete sediment basin per approved Albemarle County amendmented plans
Deficiency: Rework rill erosion on both sides of outfall; slopes on sediment basin are beginning to
eroded
Corrective Action: Must rework slopes on sediment basin; install silt fence or berm along to of basin
Deficiency: Basin has not been completed - per approved Albemarle County plans
Corrective Action: Must complete basin per - Albemarle County amendmented plans
Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all corrective
measures will be completed by
Failure to comply by the required date may subject the owner to penalties and remedies as listed
under § 17-900 et -al of the Water Protection Ordinance of the Albemarle County Code.
Should you have a legitimate reason you cannot complete your required corrections by the
above given date, you must immediately contact your erosion control inspector. Unless you
have contacted the inspector and agreed to alternative arrangements, all compliance work is
expected to be completed by the above date.
