MY private street easement has been labeled on all the sheets. 7. Comment addressed 8. The multi -use sport court is shown and labeled on the site plan. In addition, sheet 15 has been added to show the layout of the recreation amenities and details for the equipment. 9. Comment addressed 10. The signed resolution for the Special Exception rig has been added to sheet SA, as requested. 11. a. All the easements have been coordinated with the approved and recorded subdivision plat. c. The easement across lot 100 has been updated to match the record plat. d. All easements have been added to the utility sheets and all easements have been updated and coordinated with the record plat. f. The private utility easements in front of lots 25-29 have been updated and are not located within the building area. g. The landscaping easements have been updated to match the record plat and the ARB plans for final approval. h. The recordation information for the onsite and offsite easements have been added to site plan. j. The private street is labeled on all plan sheets, and the private street maintenance agreements have been recorded with the subdivision plat. 12. The offsite and onsite sewer and water system has been bonded with the subdivision plat. 12. The landscaping along Rt 20 and Rt.742 has been updated to be located outside/SO' away from the powerlines. The landscaping plan is complete in accordance with ARB review and approvals. 13. A note has been added to the landscaping sheets indicating that the dry Swale landscaping is shown and part of the WPO plans. The dry swale landscaping is bonded under the WPO plan. 16. The landscaping has been coordinated with the project and ARB and engineering to ensure there is no large trees over the underground storage pipes. 1.
