RE: Response Letter #2 for SDP2020-017 — 2511 Avinity Drive
Dear Jeremy,
Thank you for your latest review of the Final Site Plan for 2511 Avinity Drive. This letter contains
responses to County comments dated July 29, 2020. Our responses are as follows:
Sheet C6
1. Water main shall be centered in the landscaping strip between the back of the curb and the
sidewalk.
The plan has been revised and a note is added to specify the location for the water main.
2. Label fire line valve and add note that the fire line valve is the end of the ACSA's system. Label
Fire Line as Private.
The requested notes and labels have been added to delineate the end of the ACSA's system
and the private fire line.
3. Each Apartment Building will be required to have an RPZ since booster pumps are likely
required.
The previous submittal contained two typos ("PRZ" instead of "RPZ"). These notes have
been corrected and the RPZ's are provided for each building.
4. Show 4-inch gate valve in front of the Type A BO.
A 4-inch gate valve has been provided in front of the Type A BOA.
Sheet C10
1. 4-inch water main shall be Class 53 ductile iron pipe.
The requested materials revision is provided.
