Nigel,
The retaining wall material that has been approved in previous ARB applications in the County is Eagle Bay/Anchor
Diamond Pro using "James River" as the stone color.
Regarding the landscaping in the 2' planting island, the "consider" action in the action letter is a suggestion not a
requirement for approval from the ARB.
