Below are our detailed responses to your comments. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) 1. A name and email have been included on the registration statement. 2. The updated registration statement has been signed. 3. A portion of the area to be disturbed is within the road right of way and within the adjacent property to extend the sanitary sewer to the subject site. 4. A signed certification form will be sent separately, once it is completed. B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP) C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) 1. Acknowledged. We will get this process started with Ana, once the land is purchased next week. 2. Acknowledged. The client is working on purchasing the credits in the next two weeks. 3. The topography was provided by the licensed land surveyors Roudabush, Gale, and Associates, and the datum is tied to NAD 83 south zone. Benchmarks have been provided on sheet 2 for datum vertical elevations for the site. The topo is Consistent with GIS except for the elevations. The elevations on this site and the adjacent properties do not match the elevations on the GIS mapping, due to the datum. 4. The ESC trap has been updated so that is not lower than the SWM Basin B. 5. Acknowledged. The plat is currently under review at the County. 6. The SWM easement has been updated and is outside of the VDOT right-of-way. 7. The sidewalk has been updated and is within the VDOT right-of-way. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESOP) 1. The entire area of the limits of disturbance Is shown on the plan sheet. 2. The wash rack for the construction entrance is shown and labeled on the plan sheet, and the washrack outfalls to the sediment trap. 3. The detail for a stone construction entrance has been removed from sheet 3. Sheet 3 includes the detail for the paved construction entrance/washrack. 4. There is a right-of-way diversion over the construction entrance to ensure water goes to the sediment trap. 5. The mulch symbol is shown on the plan sheets. 6. The plan sheets have been updated to show the offsite work areas. 7. Acknowledged. The offsite easements are being platted and recorded prior to the start of construction. 8. Elevations are provided for the proposed wall. 9. The anti -vortex box is checked on the trash rack detail. 10. The sediment trap outfalls to a temporary yard drain and pipe leading to the existing storm inlet along Rt 29. 11. The sediment trap is over twice as long as the width from the 2 points of inflow into the trap and therefore, does not require a baffle. 12.
