This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan
(approved 06-05-20). The Letter of Revision proposes the following changes as shown on the
attached plan with the latest revision date of 09-09-20 and letter dated 09-21-20:
• Removal of one (1) parking space.
• Clarification of total parking spaces (196).
This is the second Letter of Revision for this site. Please be aware that only three Letter of
Revision are permitted on any site plan. Any future changes to the plan after the third Letter of
Revision are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment (along with the
proper fee) that shows the proposed changes and all previously approved conditions that are to
remain.

Dear Ms. Kanellopoulos,
This letter is to notify Albemarle County of proposed revisions to a previously approved site development
plan. The University of Virginia Foundation Tennis Facility and Parking Lot Expansion, SDP201900070,
received final approval on 6/5/2020.
The proposed changes as part of this Letter of Revision application are as follows:
1. The last space on the lower parking aisle was striped to allow access to the cart path; therefore,
this row has 24 usable spaces rather than the 25 spaces previously shown.
For clarification, the Site Plan Minor Amendment (11/2019) shows 204 proposed parking spaces,
including 8 ADA-accessible spaces. Minor Amendment Revision 1 (2/2020) added 2 proposed
ADA spaces in the Squash parking lot. Subsequently, Minor Amendment Revision 2 (4/2020)
removed the 7 proposed spaces on the northwest side of the golf parking lot. In Letter of Revision
1(8/2020), the 2 proposed ADA spaces in the Squash parking lot were moved adjacent to the 2
proposed ADA spaces on the loop road, near the crosswalk southeast of the courts. This Letter of
Revision 2 (9/2020) removes one proposed space; therefore, the final parking totals are 196
proposed spaces, including io ADA spaces.
