Dear Scott,
I have reviewed the plans with revision date of 7/13/20, and the following additional and revised sheets:
• The revised Brookhill Block 8B: Building I Front Elevations, Pergola Detail and Side Elevations
resubmitted 7113/2020,
• The revised Brookhill Block 8B: Building 2 Front Elevations, Pergola Detail and Side Elevations
resubmitted 7/13/2020,
• The revised Brookhill Block 8B: Building 7 Front Elevations, Pergola Detail and Side Elevations
resubmitted 7/13/2020,
• The revised Brookhill Block 8B: Building 8 Front Elevations, Pergola Detail and Side Elevations
resubmitted 7/13/2020,
• The revised Brookhill Block 8B: Building 9 Front Elevations, Pergola Detail and Side Elevations
resubmitted 7/13/2020,
• The revised Brookhill Condos materials list, resubmitted 7/13/2020.
The changes made in these plans address the conditions of approval outlined at the ARB meeting held on
3/2/20 and subsequent staff reviews. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.
This approval is specifically conditioned on the following:
1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and
other submittal items presented.
2. Mechanical equipment must not be visible from the Entrance Corridor.
3. Roof top pergolas will be either "tan" or `Beige".
Please note the following:
1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review.
2. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is
valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is
valid for 3 years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in
writing. The letter must be received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date.
