You will need to have a plat prepared by a surveyor that meets the requirements of the ordinance
for a family division. The section number that addresses family divisions is 14 -208. It will refer
you and your surveyor to the various other sections of the ordinance. We will put the other plat on
hold and apply the fee to the family division plat that you submit. If you, or your, surveyor have
questions please feel free to contact me.

Mr. Fritz,
Thank you for your notes. At this point we would like to continue the process as a family division which
was our original intent. Please indicate which steps we need to follow!
Thank you,
Richard Hewitt

I have completed the checklist for this project. I will also send a copy by mail. Those items that
need to be addressed to get the review underway are unchecked and have comments next to
them. As the review proceeds additional items may need to be addressed and of course the
information required for a final subdivision plat will have to be provided. After you have reviewed
this information please feel free to give me a call.
