Here are the comments for the 2 lot subdivision plat of 253 & 254.
❑ You need to provide control points per 14 -303 S. I missed this one for the approval of lots 251 and 252. If you can
provide those control points at the 4 corners of the 4 lots then that would cover both divisions. To clarify the
corners of lot 254 between the 711.65' line and the corners of lot 251 between the 682.66' line
S. Control points. At least four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the property and located at survey property
corners, and shown on each sheet depicting the property. At the option of the subdivider, the control points may be
shown on a copy of the final plat, rather than on the original final plat.
Control point. A known latitude /longitude (or X/Y) geographic location obtained in the field using either a global
positioning system or other location - determining equipment, acquired in a manner that will yield an X,Y position that
can be demonstrated to have submeter accuracy, and whose position coordinates are expressed relative to the North
American Datum of 1983 (NAD 83).
❑ Note 8 should refer to only lots 253 and 254 not TMP 78 -51.
Make these changes and provide a revised copy to me. Once I verify that these changes are made the plat can be brought in
for signature. I will let you know. For that you will need the owner signature and notarization.
