Subject: SUB2020-164 Sleep Number Charlottesville - easement plat
Comments in red are per David E. Nichols, Roudabush, Gale & Assoc. on 9/24/2020.
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Easement Plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(B)7] Provide a notation that the property is not located in an agricultural -forestal district.
See note #8.
2. [14-303(D)] Provide the acreage of the property.
Acreage has been added to the property identification label.
3. [14-303(E)] Provide the easement holder(s) on the plat.
A deed record place holder has been added to the ACSA Utility Easement.
4. [Comment] Prior to plat approval Engineering and ACSA review and approval is required. Comments
are pending and will be forwarded once received.

Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is
kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which
may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-
229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the
requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been
voluntarily withdrawn by the developer. Please contact Christopher Perez in the Planning Division by using
