The creation of TMP 99-84C (2 acres) appears to have utilized one of Lot 2's development rights. Deed Book 1940 page
626 shows a "Plat showing a division and combining of TMP 99-84C and TMP 99-84D lots 2 and 3" This plat combined
lots 2 and 3 to create TMP 99-84D as it exists today.
The parcels are theoretically entitled to the noted development rights if all other applicable regulations can be met. These
development rights would only be utilized within the bounds of the original parcel with which they are associated.
