Deed Book 1940 page 626 shows a "Plat showing a division and combining of TMP 99-84C and TMP 99-84D lots 2 and 3" This plat combined lots 2 and 3 to create TMP 99-84D as it exists today. The parcels are theoretically entitled to the noted development rights if all other applicable regulations can be met.
