[14-302(A)(4)] Easements. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Include the required note: "Revised Tax Map Parcel32-18 contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 3. [14-302(A)(11)] Instrument. Is DB 5386 PG 700 the correct instrument for TMP's 32-18 and 32-6S? This does not seem to yield the correct information on the circuit court site. 4. [14-302(B)(1)] Date of revision. Include revision dates with any resubmittals. 5. Comment Label slopes as 'managed slopes' not critical slopes.
