Included (below) are comments provided with responses (red), accordingly: 1. [14-302(A)(4)] Easements. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Include the required note: "Revised Tax Map Parcel32- 18 contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." Note has been inserted (as note 11) [1 4-302(A)(1 1)] Instrument. Is DB 5386 PG 700 the correct instrument for TMP's 32-18 and 32-6S? This does not seem to yield the correct information on the circuit court site. The correct Deed Book reference is 5286. Plat has been corrected to reflect this for all erroneous references to 5386. 3. [14-302(B)(1)] Date of revision. Include revision dates with any resubmittals. Addressed. (Oct. 2 'last revised' date shown) 4. Comment Label slopes as 'managed slopes' not critical slopes. Addressed. THANKS!
