Enclosed are three copies of the revised plat. Below are responses to the comments in you letter dated
September 18, 2020.
1. [14-302(B)(1)] Date ofrevision. Include revision dates with resubmittals.
✓ REVISION DATED HAS BEEN ADDED.
2. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Include that TMP 66-10J7 is in the Entrance Corridor Overlay
District.
✓ REFER TO NOTE 11.
3. [14-302(B)(5)] Zoning. Remove reference to `preserved/managed slopes' or change reference to
the parcel not having `critical slopes'. There are only critical slopes within the Rural Area.
✓ NOTE HAS BEEN DELETED.
4. [14-3161 Entrance onto public streets. VDOT has reviewed this plat and has no objection. See
attached letter dated 09-17-20.
✓ COMMENT NOTED.
5. [14-3091 and [14-3101 and 114-4161 Health Director Approval. Health Department review and
approval of this subdivision plat is required. The soils work and plat have been transmitted to the
Health Department and their review is pending.
✓ JOSH KIRTLEY REQUESTED I SUBMIT THREE COPIES OF THE PLAT
SHOWING CONTOURS AND DRAIN FIELDS.
