Good afternoon Paty, Please find attached a pdf copy of the Easement Plat Application & Checklist for SUB2020-113, a pdf copy of the revised Boundary Line Adjustment and Easement Plat, last dated Revised September 16, 2020, and a pdf copy of the SWIM Facilities Agreement -Party Wall Easement deed. The plat has been revised to reflect your 2nd round comments, dated Rev. 1: September 8, 2020 as follows: Planning: 5a. The Easement Plat Application & Checklist is attached. b. The additional fee was paid on September 15th (Transaction ID 0282945533968050W). c. Ok. . u 7a)i. This easement was removed from the plat as suggested by Scott Collins on 9/16/2020 (private sewer lateral -not crossing any property lines -no need for easement). 7a)ii. The plat shows all existing easements. We performed the courthouse research and had a title report provided for our previous survey. There are no existing recorded drainage easements. Stormwater Management Facilities Agreement -Party Wall Easement deed attached. 8. The Title on Sheet 1 has been revised to include the new easements. 9. The statement of consent has been revised to include the new easements. CDD CDZCD (John Anderson) 1. A detail has been added for a portion of the New Private Drainage Easement on Revised Lot A (D10, D11, D12, D13 & D39). 2. The caption and line tables have been revised to delineate the New 20' Private Drainage Easement (D1 & D2) and the New 20' Public Drainage Easement (D3 thru D9). 3. The width of the New Public Drainage Easement has been increased to 20'. 4. The plat has been revised to reflect the New Stormwater Maintenance Facility Easement (D29 thru D35). 5. A 10' retaining wall & maintenance easement has been added to the plat (deed attached). 6. This plat does not create any new points on the boundary line adjacent to T.M. 60-25. Ownership information is not required. It is shown as an additional reference only. 7. The title of the plat has been revised to also reflect the new easements. 8. Stormwater Management Facilities Agreement deed attached. 9. Ok. ACSA: 1. The plat has been revised to call out the new ACSA waterline easement. 2. Note 6 has been added to the plat to state that the ACSA easements are to be centered on their as -built locations. 3. Scott Collins reviewed and resent the linework. We compared the linework and it is the same as shown on the plat. Please review the revised plat and deed and let us know if the plat is ready for signatures. Thanks and have a good day.
