Subject: SUB202000056 — Cascadia Lot 267 — Easement Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Easement
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.
Planning (Tori Kanellopoulos):
1. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Easement information.
a. Maintenance documents per [14-317] are required for the SWM maintenance
easement. Engineering will send templates to be completed and will coordinate
with applicant and County Attorneys Office for review.
b. Label the `New Variable Width Permanent Maintenance Easement' as public or
private. Also, label more clearly — e.g. indicate if it is a `SWM maintenance
easement.'
c. Include the full dimensions of the temporary construction easement.
2. [14-303(D)] Acreage. Include the acreage for TMP 781-1-1-A.
3. [Advisory Comment] Ensure that the final version of the minor site plan amendment
(SDP201700045) exactly matches the final approved version of this easement plat. The
Deed Book/Page of each easement must also be shown on the minor amendment.
Engineering (Matt Wentland)
1. The proposed Maintenance Easement can be removed if it is intended for the existing
stormwater facility, as it is shown within existing easements for the facility. If it is for
maintenance of the proposed wall, please clarify the labelling. No deeds are needed for
Engineering in either case.
