speaking more with the Engineer, I've determined the maintenance easement is for maintenance of the retaining

Hi Bethany,
Based on Engineering comments, these should be the only Planning comments:
1. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Include the full dimensions of the temporary construction easement.
2. [14-303(D)] Include the acreage for TMP 78H-1-A.
3. [Advisory Comment] Ensure that the final version of the minor site plan amendment (SDP201700045)
exactly matches the final approved version of this easement plat. The Deed Book/Page of each
easement must also be shown on the minor amendment.

The proposed easement is shown within existing easements that already allow for the forebay and trail
maintenance, so you can remove it if that's what it's for.
