After speaking more with the Engineer, I've determined the maintenance easement is for maintenance of the retaining wall. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Include the full dimensions of the temporary construction easement. 2. [14-303(D)] Include the acreage for TMP 78H-1-A. 3. [Advisory Comment] Ensure that the final version of the minor site plan amendment (SDP201700045) exactly matches the final approved version of this easement plat. The Deed Book/Page of each easement must also be shown on the minor amendment.
