RECORDATION OF THIS PLAT, THE TOTAL NUMBER OF LOTS WILL BE 145.
SEE CHART ON SHEET V3 FOR OPEN SPACE AREA DEDICATED TO DATE.
THESE LOTS ARE SERVED BY PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM. UNDER CURRENT COUNTY POLICY,
PUBLIC SEWER SERVICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THIS PROPERTY.
THERE ARE NO KNOWN GRAVES, OBJECTS OR STRUCTURES MARKING A PLACE OF BURIAL
