L184 has been revised to be 20' and the callout has been revised accordingly as well. We have confirmed that no additional easements are needed for the water main relocation for TMP 32-191). Also, a note has been added to the cover (note #13) calling out that ACSA easements are to be centered on as -built locations. Please review the attached plat and let us know if you have any other comments or questions. L184 around the ARV should be 20'. Callout ACSA water easement rather than ACSA access easement. Confirm if additional easements are needed for the water main relocation for TMP 32-19D. Add a note that ACSA easements are to be centered on as -built locations. To my knowledge, an ACSA deed of easement and plat have not been recorded. Since an easement has not been recorded, I would say that any proposed ACSA easements within the new ROW would not need to be shown as https://outlook.office365.comlmaiUnbo>Ud/AAQkAGU40TExNzZjLTgONmMtNDNiY05NDczLTMyNDEl ZDVJY2WgAQAANgCyBkHLIOgSzGrPA2k%... 1/4 1017r2020 vacated. There is really only one very small added ACSA easement for the air release valve. Then the other question is if your existing easement in the new ROW needs to be vacated on this plat or if that is automatic once the ROW is dedicated. There is just one very small ACSA easement I have highlighted on the 3rd page of the attached plat. Also on page 5 1 highlighted some existing ACSA and drainage easements that will be in the new ROW. Do those need to be vacated by this plat since they will now be in the ROW or is that automatic once the ROW is dedicated? Hey Tori, We are getting ready to resubmit the updated plats and I was just wondering if ACSA has or will need to review these plats as well? Just wanted to make sure we are not missing anything that may slow this down later.
