High Street Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: ARB-2020-93: 2300 Hunters Way — Coffee Shop and Hardware Store (TMP 07800-00-00-049A0) Mr. Kestner, The Albemarle County Architectural Review Board reviewed the above noted item at its meeting on Monday, Occtober 5, 2020. The Board unanimously approved the request, pending staff administrative approval of the following conditions: 1. Revise the line drawing elevations to identify a coordinated color for the door on the west elevation and to identify the material and color of the doors as illustrated on the south elevation. 2. Indicate the location of all building- and ground -mounted equipment. Show how visibility from the EC street will be eliminated. 3. Revise the lighting plan (schedule, photometrics, cut sheets, etc.) to include the building -mounted lights. Light levels at the ground must not exceed 20 fc. 4. Shift the added Pin Oak from the end of the 4-space parking row to the middle of the length of the 4-space row. 5. Provide the size of the order kiosk and coordinate the site and architectural plans to show a workable location for the kiosk. Please provide: 1. One set of revised drawings addressing each of these conditions. Include updated revision dates on each drawing. (A digital submittal is acceptable.) 2. A memo including detailed responses indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If changes other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also. Highlighting the changes in the drawing with "clouding" or by other means will facilitate review and approval. 3. The attached 'Revised Application Submittal' form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure proper tracking and distribution. When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
