THEY ARE IMMEDIATELY STABILIZED. CONTRACTOR SHALL SPOT RESEED AS NECESSARY AND ENSURE ADEQUATE SITE COVERAGE IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR. ATTHE
QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS AND AFTER EACH RAINFALL EVENT IN EXCESS OF" THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCET KS DESCRIBED BELOW IN#.
