2. THE STONEFIELD DEVELOPMENT WAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS ALBEMARLE PLACE.
3. THE PURPOSE OF THESE PLANS IS TO SHOW THE BUILDING DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR TOWNHOMES IN THE D2 BLOCK OF STONEFIELD.
4. THE ALLEYS SHOWN ON THESE PLANS ARE PRIVATE AND MAY NOT MEET THE STANDARDS FOR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE SECONDARY
SYSTEM OF STATE HIGHWAYS AND WILL NOT BE MAINTAINED BY THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OR THE COUNTY OF
ALBEMARLE.
5. MAINTAIN ACCESS TO EXISTING DEVELOPMENT ROADS AT ALL TIMES. WHEN CROSSING ROADWAY IS REQUIRED, INSTALL PROTECTIVE
CONSTRUCTION MATTING AND WARNING SIGNS. PROVIDE FLAG MEN AND ANY OTHER TRAFFIC CONTROLS, INCLUDING TEMPORARY LANES
AS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN ACCESS.
6. STREET SIGNS SHALL BE INSTALLED BASED ON THE EXISTING SIGN CONFIGURATION ON THE COMPLETED PORTION OF THE STONEFIELD
DEVELOPMENT.
