Dear Mr. Meyers,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The
Letter of Revision proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan with the latest
revision date of 10-07-20 and letter dated 09-28-20 (updated 10-06-20):
• A retaining wall in the open space behind Lots 7-11 was added.
This is the third and final Letter of Revision for this site. Please be aware that only three Letter
of Revision are permitted on any site plan. Any future changes to the plan after the third Letter
of Revision are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment (along with
the proper fee) that shows the proposed changes and all previously approved conditions that
are to remain.

Letter of Revision #3 — Addition of Retaining Wall Behind Lots 7-11

Dear Tori,
Please consider this our request for the approval of Letter of Revision #3 for SDP 2014-00070 for the installation
of a retaining wall behind lots 7-11. The retaining wall is required to ensure that a maximum slope of 2H:1 V is
maintained behind the lots. The following revised sheets are included with this submission:
Sheet C-10 —Grading and Drainage Plan
Sheet C-29 — Landscape Plan
Please note that no changes are proposed that would affect the prior approval of the Architectural Review Board
since the retaining wall will not be visible from Hydraulic Road (Refer to typical section on Sheet C-29) and no
changes are proposed to the approved landscape plan.
Retaining wall notes also include a specification on the ARB-approved color for the retaining wall and that the
homeowners association shall be responsible for maintenance of the retaining wall per language in the
homeowners documents for the development (similar to the other retaining walls).
