Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] Comments to be addressed with the Final Subdivision Plat Approval: 7. 114-302(A)(14) & 14-3141 Land to be dedicated in fee or reserved; Identification ofall interests of the County in property. Revise the label for the area to be dedicated for Route 743 to include the wording "to be dedicated to the County for public use." Also, revise note #10 to include the same wording. Final. Throughout note #10 remove the portion of the note that reads "to the Comm. Of Va " for the various easements ... Rev. 1: Comment addressed. Rev. 2: Additional revisions to note #10 are required after deed submittals. Revise note #10 as follows: a) Revise Note 10, and labels on the plat, to address County Attorney comments.
