To whom it may concern,
This is regarding our property at 2381 Leake Square Tax map 32A-02-2. We have met with
Brent Hall of Albemarle Land Development to discuss the inter parcel connection on our north east
property line. At this time, we are not interested in bringing the proposed road to our property line. In
order for the road to be built they will need to clear the trees, fill and grade on to our property. We feel
this will open up the back of our property/storage area to potential pedestrian traffic "cutting" through
to the convenience stores. This would be a security risk and liability issue causing us to have to install a
perimeter fence. The existing tree line and slope is a natural buffer that aesthetically looks better and
saves us significant expense.
