Subject: SUB-2020-75 TMP 87-44B & 46 Parcels X & Y - Boundary Line
Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(2)] Vicinity Map. Revise the vicinity map to be at a scale of 1 "=2,000' and
include the scale label below the vicinity map.
Rev. 1: Comment not vet addressed. Address the comment.
3. [14-302 (A)(5) & 14-303(L)] Public Easements; Public utility, drainage and sight distance
easements. Show all existing public easements and provide labels for the owner and the
deed book and page number of the deed and easement. If a specific location for the
easement is not specified in the deed or plat that created it then include the information
(easement, owner, deed book and page number) in a note on the coversheet.
Rev. 1: Comment not vet addressed. For anv utilities shown on the Dlat ensure (at
a minimum) that the required information (Deed Book and Page number and the
name of the owner of record of the easement) about each of the easements are
included in the notes
5. [14-302 (A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Add the required right of further
division note. Even though one of these parcels is less than 2 acres in size, each parcel
has one (1) development right since they existed before 1980. They do not have more
development rights because of their size. Please note that because of their size these
parcels may not be further divided.
Rev. 1: Comment not vet fully addressed. Revise the note to state "is assianed"
instead of "contain"
8. [14-302 (13)(2)] Name of plat preparer Include the name of the person who prepared the
plat and include the surveyors seal on the plat.

11. Rev. 1: MEW COMMENT — 14-302 (B)l General Information. Revise the plat to
include the date of the last revision. The most recent date should be added to the
plat prior to each resubmission.
