Prior review comments addressed (items 1-7 grayscale) with Rev. 1 submittal. Engineering has no objection.
Sheet 1
1. Revise `critical slopes legend' (lower left corner) to read `managed steep slopes.'
2. Revise vicinity map to 1"= 2000'.
3. Recommend remove scale: 1"=50', lower right, since not applicable to this sheet.
4. Note 2: Provide date of Timmons Group field survey that recovered property comer or other information.
5. Note 4: Revise reference to FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map effective February 4, 2005 to effective May
16 2016. Please ref county code 18-30.2.3.
