Dear Mr. Greene:
This letter is in response to the Letter of Revision (LOR) request for the above referenced site plan. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of the changes shown on the attached
plans, titled "Letter of Revision 43 for Rivanna Plaza", prepared by Roudabush, Gale & Associates, last
revised October 7, 2020, and described in the attached request letter dated September 4, 2020.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the third LOR for this site. Please note that a total of three (3) LORs are allowed per site plan.
Thus, any future changes to the site will need to be submitted in the form of a minor site plan or major
site plan that incorporates all of the previously approved LORs.

Dear Ms. Gleason,
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. This iE
the 3rd Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before
all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. The
changes to the original Final Site Plan are:
1. The main entrance for Schewels has been shown wider than the approved site plan.
2. There is one less parking space in the front lot due to the increase in the width of the
main entrance. One parking space has been added to the original to offset this loss of
one space.
3. A dumpster pad has been added to this letter of revision at the rear of the property.
4. The landscaping does not match the original landscape plan for placement and species
on the Schewels site. ACSA has asked the owner to remove trees from ACSA easement.
The updated landscaping schedule has been separated for the Schewels property to
indicate species and canopy calculations.
