I General Comment] Please revise the note numbering —the numbers skip currently. 2. [14-302 (A)(4),14-302 (A)(5), and 14-303 (L)] Please show all existing easements and state their recorded instrument number. 3. [14-302 (A)(15)] Please state the names and address of the property owners on Sheet VI. 4. [14-302 (A)(16)] Please show the limits of all state Dam Break Inundation Zones. 5. 114-302 (B)(5)] Please revise the zoning notes as follows: a. Revise note 6 so that it states the full names of overlay districts. This includes AIA Airport Impact Overlay and EC Entrance Corridor Overlay. b. Revise note 8 so that it states the full names of overlay districts. This includes AIA Airport Impact Overlay and EC Entrance Corridor Overlay. 6. [14-302 (B)(9)] Please show the limits of the Flood Hazard Overlay District on Sheets V2 and V3. a. Revise note 4 as necessary. It appears that TMP 46-19A2 does not lie within Are X since it is in the FH Overlay District. 7. [14-303 (A)] Please revise the statements of consent to division. Incorrect owner names and TMPs are currently stated on Sheet Vl. 8. [14-303 (0)] Please revise the owner signatures so that correct owner names are stated under the signature lines. Please include a note stating "VDOT will only maintain within drainage easements to the extent necessary to protect the roadway from flooding or damage." 2. Please note: Additional parcels will need to dedicate land prior to the road acceptance process. If further information is desired please contact Max Greene at (434) 422-9894. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
