Subject: RE: [Non-DoD Source] Galaxie Farm - Stream Disturbance Plan for Nationwide 18 Permit
Hi Keane
If the fill is only 4.5 CY, it appears the project qualifies for a non -reporting Nationwide Permit 18
Thank you
Vinny

Hi Vinny,
The volume of fill is 4.5 cubic yards (also noted on Sheet C4). Can you send an acknowledgement that this is non -
reporting? Engineering review at Albemarle County is requesting this.
Thanks!
Keane

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Galaxie Farm - Stream Disturbance Plan for Nationwide 18 Permit
Importance: High
Hi Vinny,
Hope you are well. We wanted to request your review of the attached plan for the Galaxie Farm subdivision we are
designing. If it is satisfactory, can you send a brief acknowledgement that the disturbance as designed falls under the
conditions for the USACE Nationwide 18 Nonreporting Permit conditions?
The plan is short and should be pretty self-explanatory, please let us know if you need additional documents or have any
questions!
Best regards,
