We have reviewed all of your comments from September 2, 2020 and made the necessary
revisions. Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering.
Sheet 1:
1. Revise 'critical slopes legend' (lower left corner) to read 'managed steep slopes'.

2. Revise vicinity map to 1" = 2000' .

3. Recommend remove scale. 1" = 50', lower right, since not applicable to this sheet.

4. Note 2: Provide date of Timmons Group field survey that recovered property corner or
other information.

5. Note 4: Revise reference to FEMA Flood Insurance Rate map effective February 4, 2005
to effective May 16, 2016. Please ref. county code 18-30.2.3.
