NEW REV 1: 14-302(B)(1) Date of revision. Include a 'last revised' date on the plat. .. --t(A)(1) Name. Revise name of plat to include 'Lewis and Clark Drive' in the name of the plat. a. REV 1: Addressed. 3. 14-302(A)(4)(5) Easements. The landscaping easement for street trees is not shown on this plat. A portion is shown on associated plat SUB2020000143, however the full easement needs to be shown. a. REV 1: Addressed. 4. 14-302(A)(5) Public easements/ROW. On Sheet 2 and as a note on Sheet 1, label the new public ROW as 'dedicated to public use'. a. REV 1: Addressed. 5. 14-302(A)(5) Public easements. Note 8 on Sheet 1 indicates there are public drainage easements, however none appear to be shown on the plat. a. REV 1: Addressed. 6. 14-302(A)(4)(5) Easements. Show all existing easements (including DB/PG) in this area of the parcel. It appears there is an existing 15' VEPCO easement. a. REV 1: Addressed. 7. 14-302(B)(5) Zoning. Include that TMP 32-18B is in the Entrance Corridor Overlay District. a. REV 1: Addressed. 8. 14-303(A) Statement of consent to division. The statement of consent to division references drainage easements, however none appear to be shown on the plat. a. REV 1: Addressed. 9. 14-303(H)(I) Monuments and ties. Include at least two ties to monuments on the exterior boundary of the parcel. a. REV 1: Addressed. 10. 14-317 Maintenance documents. Using the attached checklist, indicate where (section #, paragraph #) in the private declaration the requirements of 14-317 are met for landscape maintenance (street trees outside ROW). Ensure all requirements of 14-317 are met. The checklist and private declaration will be ser.. a. REV 1: Addressed, however please ensure the private maintenance agreement is updated with the last revised date on the plat, once that has been included. Engineering (John Anderson) letter dated 09-02-20. 2. REV 1: No objection. VDOT (Adam Moore) 1. No objection. See letter dated 09-22-20.
