This variance application is to replace two wall signs and install one new wall sign at the Landmark Aviation Hangars (formerly Piedmont Hawthorne). The Board approved an aggregate area variance of 160 square feet for 3 signs (signs #1, 3 and 4 in the attached chart). These signs are not to exceed 75 square feet individually or 200 square feet in the aggregate.
