Below are our responses to the remaining comments on the road plans. A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan 1. A signed registration statement is provided with this submittal. 2. A signed certification is provided with this submittal. 3. The approved plans will be added to the SWPPP report once they have been signed. B. Pollution Prevention Plan 1. The approved plans will be added to the report once they have been signed. C. Stormwater Management Plan 1. Acknowledged. 2. Acknowledged. 3. The W PO# has been added to the cover sheet. 4. The applicable proposed easements are shown on the plan. See sheet 15. 5. The deed book and page numbers are referenced on the plan for all existing easements. See Sheet 2. 6. Additional yard drains have been added to capture areas of land cover change or increased imperviousness. See sheet 11. Computations have been updated to match larger drainage area. 7. Runoff from the site outFalls into an existing roadside ditch which is proposed to be lined with riprap for outlet protection. This existing roadside ditch outfalls into the existing 24" CMP. Notes on sheet 11 have been added to clarify. 8. Sediment Trap #3 has been adjusted to have a higher elevation than SWM #2. See sheets 5-8. 9. The as -built checklist has been added to the plan. See sheet 14. 10. All applicable pipe calculations have been added to the plan. See sheet 14 and updated Calculations Packet. 11. Safety slabs are provided in structures deeper than 12 ft. See sheet 12. 12. A note regarding roof drain locations has been added to the plan. See sheets 11 & 15. 13. The grading in the rear of the houses has been updated as requested. See sheet 15. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 1. The E&S proffers have been added to the plan. See sheet 4. 2. The Overlot Grading Plan has been added to the set as sheet 15. 3. Note detailing types of land cover for slopes on sheet S. 4. A wash rack has been added to the construction entrance. See sheets 5-9. 5. Mulching is shown anywhere there is permanent or temporary seeding. See sheets 5-8. 6. Perimeter silt fence has been added to ensure no sediment gets on adjacent properties. See sheets 5- 9. 7. Stockpile area has been added on sheets 5-8. 8. Cut/Fill narrative and calculations have been added on sheet 4. 9. The note requested has been added to the sequence of construction for Phase I of the E&S plan on sheet 5. 10. The sediment trap label has been updated as requested. 11. The anti -vortex plate is checked on the trash rack detail. See sheet 14. 12. A detail has been added to the plan for the baffles. See sheet 4. 13. The spillway for Sediment Basin 1 is stone. A note has been added to the detail on sheet 10. 14. Outlet protection dimensions and stone size information has been added to sheet 10.
