Good Afternoon, Chris,
I'm confirming that we will be revising the plans as we discussed Friday; apparently, we inadvertently resubmitted older
drafts of some of the sheets, and we'd like to add some of the other data and illustrations you request in your draft
10/16/2020 letter. Please consider this project as still in deferral, and we will resubmit as soon as possible with the
corrections outlined in your draft letter.
As you know, the proposed height is being reduced significantly based on a new reference tree, so we expect our second
balloon test to have very different results for the County's analysis.
Thank you for your assistance,
Lori

Lori,
As discussed today over the phone I opened up the revised plan that you submitted on 10-12-20 before
distributing it to the various reviewers. At that time I noticed that substantial issues remained unaddressed and
new issues had come to light based on the changes to the plan. I made note of all these issues in the attached
letter. This should not be viewed as a complete review by County staff rather this is merely me providing you a
quick lookover of all the outstanding previously identified issue that remain unaddressed. If you would like me
to send this version of the plan to all reviewers for their official review I can do that; however, I think its best
you go back and clean it up and address all outstanding issues before I distribute it. Please let me know what
you want to do. If you choose to revise the plan please withdraw the current version and email me stating this
was a submittal error and that the project is still in deferral and that you intend to resubmit the plan shortly.
Once that revised version comes in I'll start the shot clock from the date I receive the revised plan and distribute
it to the various reviewers.
thanks
Christopher Perez
