The district is composed of the following described lands, identified by parcel identification number: Tax map 70: parcels 40, 40A. Tax map 71: parcels 23A, 23C, 24B, 24C, 24C1, 26, 26A, 26B, 26B1, 26B2, 26C, 27A, 29C, 29D, 29E, 29G, 29H, 291. Tax map 84: parcels 35A, 69. Tax map 85: parcels 3, 3A (part), 4J, 17, 17B, 21, 21D. 21D1, 22B, 22C, 30D, 31. The area is designated as Rural Area in the Comprehensive Plan and the included properties are zoned RA Rural Areas. Agricultural and Forestal Districts are voluntary conservation districts that landowners can join to support the County's efforts to protect the Rural Areas. Land in the Districts is subject to limitations on subdivisions and some other development activity. Your property is not in the District and is not subject to those limitations, but is adjacent to the District. You are receiving this letter to notify you of a public hearing on the periodic review of the Batesville District. This petition will be reviewed and public comment received according to the following public hearing schedules: ALBEMARLE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2020 ALBEMARLE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2019 The Albemarle County Planning Commission will meet Tuesday, November 10, 6:00 p.m., This will be an electronic meeting, held pursuant to Ordinance No. 20-A(14), adopted September 16, 2020. The staff report and agenda will be posted to www.albemarle.org/governmentloommunity-development/advisory boards/planning-commission as soon as it is available and approximately one week prior to the meeting date. Information on how to access this virtual meeting, and how to comment on the application at this meeting, can be accessed via the County's Calendar for the meeting date located at www.albemarle.org/community/county-calendar. Speakers are encouraged to sign-up in advance of the meeting by emailing the Planning Commission Clerk at cshaffer2Cg.albemarle.org and providing your name and what item you wish to speak to. Comments may also be submitted to Planning Commission members directly at planninacommissionealbemarle.org or by letter sent to the address in the letterhead of this correspondence.
