This Written Warning is being issued because of the following deficiencies: Deficiency: Observed areas that needed stabilize Corrective Action: stabilize to inhibit erosion Deficiency: observed inlet protection out of place Corrective Action: Reset protective device to ensure proper functionality Deficiency: Observed sediment leaving containment and while on site multiple trucks leaving site without cleaning tires Corrective Action: use washrack with sediment trapping device. All vehicle tires to be cleaned prior to leaving containment Deficiency: observed previously pumped water from footers. Discharged into basin without the use of a filter bag. Corrective Action: all water pumped from footer, excavated foundation holes, pits, low fill areas must be filtered though a properly sized filter bag. Deficiency: none observed Corrective Action: install and use a proper wash station. Unless subsequently amended in writing by this office, it is expected all corrective measures will be completed by Failure to comply by the required date may subject the owner to penalties and remedies as listed under § 17-900 et -al of the Water Protection Ordinance of the Albemarle County Code. Should you have a legitimate reason you cannot complete your required corrections by the above given date, you must immediately contact your erosion control inspector. Unless you have contacted the inspector and agreed to alternative arrangements, all compliance work is expected to be completed by the above date.
