SUB2019-162 Pleasant Green- Boundary Line Adjustment
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based
on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle
County Code.]
1. A letter of revision for SDP2019-009 is required prior to approval of the boundary
line adjustment. Adjustment to the open space, and possibly required street trees
and other landscaping appear to be impacted by this boundary line adjustment.
2. It appears that the right of way shown on the plat and the right of way shown on
the site plan do not match. If one is correct, please correct the other plan to match
what the proposed new right of way will be.
