Alternate bids are being provided for repair, rather than replacement, of slate tile. Alternate bids are also being provided for repair of the pergola, rather than removal and replacement. Sheet C2.0: A building addition is proposed for the existing spa building. Removal and replacement is proposed for slate tile as indicated on the plan, and a new slate walkway is proposed. Removal and replacement is proposed for the existing pergola structure. As indicated above, alternate bids are being provided for repair, rather than replacement, of slate file and the pergola structure. Sheet C2.0: Removal of an existing yard drain is proposed, since it is currently located within the proposed slate walkway. A continuation of the existing storm line and installation of new yard drain is proposed to capture drainage.
