Below is a list of responses to your comments: 1. A title has been added to the LOR exhibits, as requested. 2. The dashed lines have been labeled on the plan. The surveyor who is preparing the plat for the SWM amendment is researching the DB and PG numbers for these existing easements. This information, along with the DB/PG for the new SWM access will be added to the LOR, prior to the LOR approval. 3. As requested, the preserved slopes have been shown on the LOR. The approved site plan showed natural slopes in this area and these slopes were shown and approved for impacts with the approved site plan. This site plan was approved prior to the Preserved and Managed Slope ordinance amendment. The engineering comments have also been addressed with the wall height and wall requirements. 4. A landscaping demolition plan and a proposed landscaping plan has been added to the LOR request, see sheets 2 of 3 and 3 of 3. The same landscaping being removed from the site is being proposed to be replaced on the site. Since the landscaping is the same as proposed with the approved plan, it meets the requirements of the Belvedere COD for the project and the landscaping. 5. The easement plat is being submitted this week for the modification to the SWM access easement. A DB PG reference has been added to the LOR for the recordation of this SWM easement. 6. This wall has no visibility from a public street. The wall will be a segmented retaining wall, as noted on the plan. 7. A revision date has been added to the plan sheets. Engineering: 1. Acknowledged - the SWM access easement amendment will be recorded with the easement plat prior to approval of the LOR. 2. The wall design has been updated. The wall now has a maximum height of 10 feet. 3. Acknowledged. The relocated SWM access road will be shown on the VSMP asbuilt plans for the bond release. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Scott Collins, P.E.
