The approved LOR drawings are dated July 9, 2019, last revised September 9, 2020 with a County stamp and approval date of October 28, 2020. There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. This is the second (2"d) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. The sidewalk along the southwest side of the building (adjacent to parking spaces 1-16) is being moved away from the building and to the curb. This change reduces overall impervious area and improves access from the parking spaces to the building. 2. The grading along the front (south) corner of the building is being modified to maintain a flat grade across the front of the building. A small retaining wall (30" or less) will be used to accommodate the grade transition from the main building entrance to the parking spaces along the side of the building. 3. We have modified the landscaping tree selection along the front of the building to replace the 3 Sycamore with 3 Pin Oaks. 4. We would like to eliminate parking space #16. There is currently a pad mounted transformer in this location, and we would like to leave it there. This would still leave 66 parking spaces for the project (60 spaces is the minimum required). 5. A standard access door is being proposed adjacent to the rollup door access into the building from the lower parking lot. This would result in replacement of approximately 160 sf of turf with concrete walkway. Note that the overall site impervious would still be less than currently shown as a result of the sidewalk changes described in Item 1 above. 6. The site lighting sheet (originally Sheet 9) for the project has been revised (now sheets 9A and 913) to reflect the previous changes to the site and building layout. 7. The concrete sidewalk and steps along the North side of the building has been modified to consolidate the steps into two groupings at the bottom of the slope. Four copies of the site plan showing the proposed changes are attached, as well as the Letter of Revision Form and associated fee. We look forward to working with the County to resolve any issues that may result from these changes and to expedite the final review and approval process.
